The Position
As CEO, this person is expected to be an ethically- minded individual who can be successful exercising a great deal of independent and strategic authority. The CEO will need to understand differing people, teams and regional groups to quickly establish strong collaborative relationships, both internally and externally. As a consensus builder, this person is expected to maintain a “one team” mindset within the CRAC Commission Members, airport and regional stakeholders including the media, local business leaders, local political officials, state officials, federal agencies and their representatives. Collaborative relationships with those key stakeholders are vital to ensure a continued well-run and executed operating and strategic business plan.
