The Position
Our client at the Norfolk Airport Authority (NAA) is searching for an Information Technology (IT) Manager. Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, the IT Manager is a working manager that ensures the IT infrastructure (hardware, software, voice and data networks, storage, servers, cloud, mobile, and wired telephony) is maintained and reliably meets the airport’s varied business needs. This position will work to complete moderate to complex technical assignments and projects, while providing daily operational support for existing infrastructure services and end-user support for frontline employees up through airport executives and board members. The IT Manager will need to be an astute and skilled communicator with the ability to inform customers (airport staff, board members, and tenants) of needs and issues relative to their usage of IT systems.
