Airline Liaison Officer (Director)

THE POSITION
Our client, Jacobsen|Daniels (J|D) is seeking an emotionally intelligent and strategic communicator for the Director level position of Airline Liaison Officer - Miami. Under the direction of the Vice President, Practice Area Leader, the Airline Liaison Officer (ALO) has the primary responsibility for managing relationships between airport and airline representatives regarding matters that affect airline operations at Miami International Airport (MIA). The key areas of responsibility include managing communications regarding aviation project management, terminal design and construction, airline operations, and airport design, planning, and operations activities. In addition, this position monitors the implementation of and adherence to Airline Use and Lease Agreements.
Candidates must be self-motivated, require minimal supervision, and have the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be capable of establishing and maintaining effective communication with airport and airline clients as well as with leadership and staff members in the J|D firm.

The ability to be bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
